I wasn't sure at first but decided to sort out some identity verification stuff with them and honestly it went smoother than expected. The team knew what they were doing and explained the whole digital data process clearly which I appreciated. My only gripe na the receptionist acted like I was wasting her time when I first came in, didn't even smile or greet properly before I had to ask for help. Outside of that attitude problem at the entrance, everything else was handled well and the process was faster than I thought it would be.
