Came to sort out some payment stuff and the system itself worked fine, no issues there. But chai, the girl at the desk sha took forever to attend to me even though I was the only one waiting. The whole process dragged out longer than it should have and nobody seemed bothered about it. I got what I needed done in the end but the experience made me not in a rush to come back, I no go lie.
