I wasn't sure at first but decided to check out ScholarX since I was looking into funding options for my niece's education. The platform itself looks organized and the idea of student loans is solid, but abeg the whole application thing needs serious work. I spent almost two hours trying to understand what documents they actually needed because the requirements online were different from what they told me when I called, and nobody seemed to have a straight answer. For something dealing with people's school fees and financial future, the process should not be this unclear.
