Came here to sort out my university pathway stuff and the counselors really knew their onions about which schools to apply to and all that. The styling consultation was helpful too, they didn't just throw random advice at me. My only gripe though is the waiting time was something else—made an appointment and still sat for almost an hour before anyone attended to me, which for a Friday afternoon was frustrating. Overall the service itself is solid I won't lie, just sort out your scheduling system abeg.
