Was referred here by my doctor for some sickle cell related concerns and the facility itself looks well organized with decent equipment. The staff were knowledgeable when they finally attended to me but I waited almost an hour past my appointment time which sha was frustrating. Information they provided was helpful and thorough I won't lie but for a place claiming to be a leading hub the waiting period and lack of proper scheduling system is honestly unacceptable. Mixed feelings because the care quality is there but the whole experience felt unprofessional.
