Came to check out their school plans package since I was looking to sort out something for my kids and I'll be honest the whole thing felt rushed. The staff explained what they offer and it sounded promising on paper but when it came to actually getting everything set up and answering my specific questions about customization abeg they were vague. The plans themselves look solid for what parents need but the follow up has been dead since I paid, no updates nothing. It's not a bad service but for what you're paying they need to put in more work on the customer side of things.
