Wasn't even planning to come but my company needed their services for a project and I had to liaise with them as the finance person. The technical work itself looked solid sha, I won't lie, but getting simple updates from their team was like pulling teeth. Took almost two weeks to get a quote that should have come in three days, and when it finally arrived there were errors that wasted more of my time. Good engineering but their customer service side needs serious work abeg.
