Been with them for almost two years now and the coverage has saved me proper money when I needed medical attention. My only real gripe is their support team takes forever to respond when you have questions about your policy or need to make claims. Last month I called about a claim and it took them almost a week to get back to me when I just needed clarification on one small thing.
