Came to check out their medical equipment after hearing about them and I won't lie the products themselves look solid and well made. But abeg the whole ordering and delivery situation needs serious work because I placed an order two weeks ago and had to chase them down multiple times before it actually arrived. The staff at the office were friendly enough when I visited but nobody seemed to have their act together on timelines and follow ups. Mixed feelings sha because the actual equipment is decent but the service around getting it to you is just stressful.
