Took a lot of convincing to try this place and come talk to someone about my head, but the therapist I saw actually listened without making me feel like I was wasting her time. She didn't rush through the session and even gave me practical things to do when I'm stressed at work. For someone like me who was skeptical about all this mental health talk, I left there feeling like maybe I'm not going crazy after all. Worth every naira if you ask me.
