Came to inquire about their natural academic products and scholarship guides since my son is preparing for JAMB. The materials themselves are well put together and the information is accurate I won't lie, but abeg the lady at the counter was unnecessarily rude when I asked basic questions about payment options. I waited almost 30 minutes before anyone even acknowledged me even though the place wasn't packed. Good products but the attitude and slow service nearly made me walk out and honestly that's what's holding them back from a better rating.
