Frequent customer here and I must say Rubies Digital has made things easier for managing my money since I joined. The personalized approach they offer is actually useful, especially for someone like me who's not too tech-savvy at 50 but they explained everything clear. My only real complaint sha is their mobile app can be sluggish sometimes when you're trying to transfer money or check your balance, especially when network is slow. Apart from that small issue, I've been satisfied with how they've organized everything for me.
