Came for a consultation on risk management and the consultant really knew their stuff sha. They broke down everything in a way that actually made sense for my photography business, which I appreciated. My only gripe was that follow-up took forever and the lady at the front desk seemed more interested in her phone than answering questions when I called back. Overall I got value from being there but their customer service side needs serious work abeg.
