Came to inquire about their rig maintenance services because my cousin works offshore and recommended them. The engineers I spoke with actually knew what they were doing and explained the maintenance process clearly which impressed me, but getting a response from their office took forever and when they finally called back the quote seemed high compared to what I expected. I'll probably use them again because the technical side is solid but abeg they need to improve how fast they respond to inquiries. Mixed feelings honestly because the work quality is there but the whole process feels slower than it should be.
