Been a cop for close to thirty years and honestly didn't expect much from these leadership programs but Rhema Uni sha changed things for me. The way they structured the learning materials was different from what I've seen before, everything just made sense and I could apply it straight to how I manage my team at the station. The facilitator didn't talk down to us or waste time on fluff which I appreciated given how busy our schedules are. I've recommended them to two of my colleagues already and they're considering enrolling too.
