Tried this place after my son kept talking about their fulfillment setup and honestly the infrastructure is solid I won't lie. But waiting almost two hours just to get my order processed when they said 30 minutes had me vexed. The staff seemed confused half the time like they weren't trained properly on how to handle volume. I might give them another shot but only if they sort out their timing issue because potential is there but right now e no easy.
