Used to be my go-to but this last visit showed me something that frustrated me sha. I booked a wellness consultation online, confirmed everything, arrived on time and still waited almost 45 minutes before anyone called my name even though there was nobody ahead of me. The actual service was solid and the consultant was knowledgeable about what she was doing, but that wait time for a confirmed appointment made the whole thing feel disrespectful of my time as an accountant with a tight schedule. Would come back but they really need to sort their appointment system because it's losing them customers like me.
