The coverage itself is solid and hospitals accept the card no problem, but abeg when you need to claim reimbursement or follow up on a denied claim, it's like talking to a wall. I waited almost three weeks for someone to even respond to my email about a rejected claim, and when they did, the explanation made no sense. For someone like me in the force who just needs straightforward healthcare without the back and forth, there's better options out there.
