Wasn't even planning to come but my friend who runs a small business dragged me to Redux Digital after they helped her brand blow up on Instagram. I went to see the work they did and I won't lie, the strategy was sharp and the results was there on her page. My own issue though was when I wanted updates on my project the girl handling my account was slow with responses like she was doing me a favour, took almost a week to get feedback on some designs I requested. Still, the actual work they delivered was quality and my engagement numbers improved, so I'm not upset just a bit frustrated with the follow up communication sef.
