Stepped out of my comfort zone and tried this place because my colleague wouldn't stop talking about the innovative design stuff they do for schools. The studio hub setup is actually decent and the space layout impressed me sha, but my guy the waiting time to even get someone to explain their services was something else. I sat there for almost 45 minutes before a staff member even acknowledged I was there, and by then I was already frustrated. Might go back if they sort out their customer service because the idea is solid, but next time I won't be so patient.
