I've been with Redcare for almost two years now and honestly the coverage is solid. They've paid out claims without too much back and forth which I appreciate, and the network of hospitals they work with in Asaba makes things convenient. My only gripe sha is their online portal for checking claims status is slow as hell. I've called multiple times asking why I can't just see my claim details on my phone like normal people in 2024, but dem just keep telling me to visit the office or wait for email updates. Good insurance sef but abeg fix that portal because not everyone has time to trek to your office every week.
