Good coverage but their online portal needs work sha

I've been using Redcare for my salon staff health coverage for about four months now and honestly it's been solid. The claims process is straightforward and they actually respond when you call unlike some other HMOs I heard about from other salon owners. My only real complaint is their online portal is confusing as hell, took me forever to figure out how to check our policy details and submit claims, and they should really fix that because not everyone wants to call customer care every time. But the actual coverage itself and the peace of mind it gives me knowing my girls are covered makes it worth it even with that small headache.
