Wasn't even planning to come but my tomatoes spoilt and I needed to send some to my sister in Abuja urgently so I had to use Red Star Express. The girl at their office didn't even look up from her phone when I walked in — just pointed me to the queue like I was invisible. My package arrived sef but abeg it took three days when they said two days maximum, and when I called to complain the person on the line was like "traffic na" as if that's acceptable. I no go lie the rates they charge should mean better service than this because for what I paid I could've sent it with another company.
