Frequent customer here and I must say the hygiene products are solid, but abeg their distribution network in Ibadan is frustrating. Took almost three weeks waiting for a simple restock order at the market, and when I finally got through to someone on the phone the lady was rushing me like I was wasting her time. The products themselves do what they promise sha, but for a company claiming to be a global leader, the local support here is nothing to write home about.
