Was skeptical at first but my colleague at work wouldn't stop raving about Raymond Tech so I went to check out their Apple stuff last month. The devices they have are legit quality I won't lie, prices are what you expect for premium gear, but abeg the waiting time nearly finished me that day. I stood there almost 45 minutes before anyone even asked what I needed, and the staff seemed more interested in their phones than helping customers, so by the time I finally got attended to I was already annoyed. The products themselves are solid but their customer service needs serious work because I'm still thinking twice about going back.
