Came to celebrate my birthday weekend with my husband and the rooms themselves were very comfortable with that waterfront view, but abeg the staff attitude nearly ruined the whole thing for me. We waited almost an hour just to get someone to help us at the front desk when we arrived and by the time they attended to us I was already upset. The food at the restaurant was decent but service was slow and the waiter looked like he didn't want to be there. For what they charge for a night here, the customer service needs serious work because the location and rooms alone cannot carry everything.
