Long time customer dropping a review finally because I don't think I've properly appreciated what Rack Centre does for us here in Benin. As a banker, our systems depend on reliable data center services and these guys have been consistent with uptime and carrier options that give us real flexibility. The technical support team actually understands what they're doing unlike some places where you explain your issue three times. Not saying they're perfect but for what we pay, the reliability alone is worth it.
