Wasn't even planning to use aviation services but my company needed to charter for a site visit and they recommended Quorum. The actual flight was smooth, pilots knew their thing, and we got to where we needed to go without issues sha. My complaint is the booking process took longer than it should have because their team kept going back and forth on emails instead of just calling to confirm details. For what you're paying for charter services, communication should be seamless from start to finish.
