Came for a quick diagnostic test and honestly the staff knew their stuff, results were accurate and came back fast which I appreciated. My only gripe is they told me 20 minutes but I sat there for almost 45 minutes before anyone called my name, and the waiting area was cramped with no AC so I was sweating. For what they charge abeg the service should match the wait time, but I won't lie the actual testing process was smooth and professional. I'd come back but maybe book an early morning slot next time to avoid the midday madness.
