I've tried here for months now and honestly the healthcare plan itself is solid. The coverage is decent and claims processing has been relatively fast when I needed it. My one real complaint though is their online portal is a mess - trying to check my balance or upload documents takes forever and half the time it just errors out. For that price they charge they could at least get their website working properly.
