Reluctantly agreed to come here and honestly the consultants seemed to know what they were talking about when they finally got to me. My company needed pharmaceutical quality checks done and they delivered on that front, no complaints about the actual work. But abeg the time it took to even start the process was frustrating and nobody really explained the timeline upfront. Mixed feelings because the service itself was solid but the experience around it left a lot to be desired.
