Came for a consultation and honestly the therapist was knowledgeable and explained things well, but chai the waiting time nearly killed me. I booked an appointment sha and still waited almost an hour before being seen. The platform itself works fine and the counseling was helpful but if they don't sort out their scheduling I'm not sure I'll be coming back because waiting that long to talk about your problems already stresses you more.
