Came to place an order for prepaid meters for our office and the meters themselves look solid, no complaints there. The guy at the counter sha took forever to process everything even though there wasn't much of a queue, spent almost an hour there when it should've been 20 minutes tops. They know their product and the stuff works well when you finally get it but I no go lie the service side needs serious work. Would go back because the meters are reliable but not until they sort out their speed.
