Came to discuss a communications strategy for my small project and the team actually understood what I needed which was refreshing. They gave solid recommendations and the whole consultation felt worth my time, but abeg the waiting period before they got back to me with the proposal was frustrating sha. Almost two weeks passed before I heard anything and I had to follow up twice myself. Everything else was solid but if they sorted that response time issue they would be proper.
