I no go lie, the actual flight from Maiduguri to Doha was comfortable and on time which surprised me sef. But abeg their online booking system is a nightmare - took me almost two hours trying to input my details because the website kept timing out and I had to call customer service three different times. The staff on the phone was patient at least but if the system worked properly they wouldn't need to be. For an airline that charges what they charge, that booking experience was embarrassing.
