Didn't have high hopes honestly but PureCare Hub's wellness packages are actually solid and their HMO coverage is better than what I'm used to. The problem sha is that every time I need to access a service, the waiting time is just ridiculous even when you book ahead. Last month I had an appointment at 10am and didn't see anyone until almost 11:30. The staff are friendly enough but they're clearly understaffed or disorganized, and for what I'm paying monthly this shouldn't be happening.
