I wasn't sure at first but decided to check out what they offer for professional development and the course content itself is solid I won't complain. Thing is, when I had questions about enrollment and payment options the response time was terrible, took almost two weeks to get answers that should have come in two days. The instructors know their work but honestly for someone like me managing time between plumbing jobs and trying to upskill, the slow back and forth nearly made me give up on the whole thing.
