I came here to sort out some professional membership stuff and the whole process was confusing sef. The staff were helpful enough when I finally got someone to explain things to me but waiting for that initial response took longer than it should have. Some parts of their services are actually useful for us in the industry but the communication and how they handle inquiries needs serious work. I'm not mad but I'm not impressed either to be honest.
