Came to inquire about their procurement services for some supplies I needed and the staff were helpful enough explaining how it works. But abeg the whole process took forever because their online platform kept lagging and I had to wait almost an hour just to get a quote when they said it would be quick. The prices are reasonable compared to what I usually pay at other suppliers but if they can't deliver on speed and efficiency then what's the point of using a B2B hub. I'll try them one more time but if next time is still this slow I'm going back to my old guy.
