Review Time
Took a lot of convincing to try this place and honestly I regret it. The learning environment looks nice and the staff seemed caring with the kids, but waiting time sha is ridiculous — I spent almost an hour just to get information about enrollment when I was promised 20 minutes. For what they charging monthly, you'd think the admin process would be smoother and the whole experience less frustrating. School itself might be decent but the management side needs serious work.
My partner insisted we try this place and honestly the setup for the kids is actually thoughtful sha. They have the learning environment sorted but when I asked the lady managing things about the daily schedule and activities, she looked at me like I was wasting her time. The whole vibe from staff made me feel like we were inconveniencing them, and that's not the energy you want around your child. Won't be rushing back until they sort out their customer service side of things.
