The phlebotomist that drew my blood sef was so gentle I didn't even feel the needle go in, which is rare because usually these things pain. Results came back the same day and the whole process from registration to getting my results took maybe 90 minutes, no long waiting around like other places. Their equipment looks modern and the staff actually knew what they were doing, not like some places where you wonder if they even trained anyone.
