Took a lot of convincing to try this place and I'll be honest the insurance plans themselves are solid. My colleague at the bank recommended them and the quotes were competitive, but chai when I had to file a claim last month the whole thing turned into a wahala. Staff kept asking for the same documents over and over and I waited almost 3 weeks before anyone gave me a proper update. Coverage is there but the service to back it up sef is lacking.
