Needed banking software tools for my pharmacy operations and a colleague recommended Precise Financial Systems so I tried them out. The actual software itself does what it's supposed to do sha and integrates with most of what we use but getting help when something breaks is a whole nightmare. I waited almost two weeks for a response to my support ticket and when they finally got back to me the guy on their end seemed like he didn't even read my issue properly. For what they charge monthly I expected better customer service honestly but the product itself is solid enough that I can't completely hate it.
