Came for a quick lab test and the whole experience was smooth until I got there and had to wait almost an hour before they called my name sha. Staff were friendly and the facility is clean, results came back fast which I appreciated. For a digital health hub they really need to sort out their appointment system because I booked ahead and still waited like that. Overall not bad but that waiting wahala almost ruined the whole thing for me.
