Frequent customer here and I must say Ports & Cargo handles my shipments well most times. The staff know what they doing and everything moves smooth once you get attended to. My only gripe is the waiting period before somebody actually sits down to process your documents — last time I was there almost 45 minutes just standing around before they called my number. Otherwise the facility is clean, organized, and they actually track things properly unlike some other terminals I no go lie.
