Frequent customer here and I must say the mobile app is actually decent when it works but that's the problem right there. Came to deposit some money last week and waited almost 40 minutes before anyone at the counter attended to me even though there was just three people ahead. The staff guy who finally helped me was polite enough and processed everything correctly but honestly for a bank with their reputation the service speed is frustrating. Good thing the transaction itself went through smoothly or I would have given them two stars.
