Frequent customer here and I must say Pointek Hub has solid phones and devices, prices are fair compared to other spots in Owerri. But abeg the waiting situation is something else sha, came in last Saturday and stood there for almost 40 minutes before anyone even asked what I wanted even though there were only like three people ahead of me. Staff are knowledgeable about the products which I appreciate, but they need to manage the queue better because that wait time nearly made me walk out.
