Tried them out for some branding work after my colleague recommended Pinewood Hub and honestly I came in with decent expectations. The strategy sessions were solid and the team seemed to know their stuff when it came to content planning, but the follow through was where things fell apart for me. They took forever to deliver the actual content pieces I paid for and when it finally came, some of it needed rework anyway. For what I spent I expected better consistency in delivery, so I'm just there on the fence about going back or not.
