Almost didn't bother with this place because I wasn't sure if the rehab skills training would be worth my time as a busy police officer, but my senior at work recommended it. The actual certification program was solid and the instructors knew their stuff, I won't lie. The problem is after you finish and get certified, there's basically zero support or resources to help you stay updated or practice what you learned. For the amount they charge, you'd think they'd at least send some refresher materials or host follow-up sessions monthly, but nothing. Mixed feelings honestly because the training itself delivered but the whole experience felt incomplete.
