Came here last weekend to check out their lifestyle products and phones since my old device was acting up. The selection was decent and the staff knew their way around the products, but I waited almost 45 minutes before anyone properly attended to me even though there wasn't much crowd. For someone who just wanted quick advice on a phone upgrade, the whole experience felt dragged out sha. I got what I needed in the end but honestly the waiting game made me question if I'll come back next time.
